This OOP is given for Config failure in Fresh MSP setup When master mapping rule is posted with mutliple sub rules are added with selecting both checkboxes under Advance settings

Before placing fix please take backup of the file and delete the rule from probe db side if developer suggests as mentioned below
select * from masteragentrules where ruleid=id;

Then Stop the SapphireIMS service place the file and Start the service
