Fix for following issues::

1.Patch Management blank page issue on saving job
2. Windows Patch management with critical system and Deploy scheduler is scheduled as daily , 
weekly and monthly are making config failure.
3. MAC sudo user Future Upgrade(5.5003-2)
4. Queues where hanged because of this inventory collection will not happen and also agents were not upgrading.
