Hotfix Description:

DREC14460:
Agents were showing down due to RabbitMQ related connection error. This is handled.

DREC13891:
When critical jobs like Reboot, Power off, Shut down, Logoff etc are posted as on-demand jobs, these needs to be processed within the stipulated time period and if there is delay in processing then these jobs have to be discarded with proper error message. This is handled as part of the ticket.

DREC14274: 
'Auto Functional Escalation' is not working due to a failure condition. This issue is handled.


Steps to apply the fix:

Extract the zip file and refer the ReadMe.txt and DB_ReadME.txt to apply the fix files.
