Ex: If i have configured a rule on a parameter, LogicalDisk as follows, (DriveName like 'C:' AND FreeSpace > 20 GB) Then, IT Compliance is done on two different levels, i.e Calculation is done on DriveName and FreeSpace Seperately. DREC05082: Some times Agent not installing properly.observed in SAPP_4067 Agent installation.After installing its not creating any service and serverConf.ini file . To ensure the completion of agent installation without any disruption, "Finish" button is disabled till the installation is complete and after installation it'll be enabled so that user will not be allowed to close the installation when its in progress. DREC05086: Log level is changed from SEVER to TRACE for some of the logs since they were for debugging purpose. DREC05112: under Settings-->Asset and Inventory Management-->Profile Manager, once we add a WMI profile with local as option and if we edit the same profile and change local to domain option then in Domain dropdown list getting error as "Html content busted!". DREC05171: Whenever all the projects are marked for deletion, they are allowed to be deleted, even though it is mandatory to maintain at-least a single project once created. During project deletion, even though a project is marked for deletion, the pop-up message says to select at-least one project. If it is conditioned to maintain at-least one project, then the message can be clear indicating the same. DREC05179: Raw data from the core data points table will be preserved if the summarization is not successful. So that data loss can be minimized. DREC05215: Defects in Home dashboard and OU dashboard DREC05219: Modification of error description for Wake On Lan job for agents which has no associated master agent. The error message is "WOL job not supported for agents which has no associated distribution server" to "WOL Jobs are not supported for the agents which are not associated with a Master Agent" DREC05223: Import of ticket has been provided only for the project admin role. DREC05224: Sometimes patch management wizard screen is going blank, earlier this was suspected due to duplicate entries. But this is addressed now. DREC05226: Need to merge the reference id while carrying out merge operation. Email to request has to consider a cancel state(End State) and it must not update to the same ticket. This is for email to ticket, when merging two tickets now both the reference ids are maintained at the merged ticket level so that any new email conversation for the cancelled ticket is brought rightly in to the merged ticket. For standalone tickets, if the end state (Cancel) is detected then the email conversation will be in queue and the user has to confirm to move it to a ticket. DREC05228: Submitting ticket with the title name or contains 'Onload' was throwing blank page. XSS scripting filter was not proper. Due to that if any statement having "onLoad" keyword it was logging out DREC05237: Query optimization is done in the compliance page to improve the loading of the page. DREC05243: Alignment and CSS issues observed in the following pages are resolved. 1)Notification Rules 2)Fixed filed configuration 3)Forms 4)SLA DREC05244: Asset import was failing if the App and DB were in different server / driver based. This is handled now. DREC05247: Inventory data collection was failing in linux for Sudo account due to service enumeration. This is fixed and Service inventory data collection for linux is successfully collected using Sudo account. DREC05250: Unzipping the SapphireIMS Agent Installer (Exe or Zip) provides 'ServerConf.ini' file which contains Server IP Address, Port, User Name, Password etc in Plain Text. These Information are encoded using base64. DREC05260: Failed to ADD a user from user management screen. DREC05266: In Settings Tab-> Asset and Inventory Management-> Node Operations the "Advanced Search" is not working while selecting multiple OS in the "OS Filter" DREC05268: Resource view filter options are enhanced. The spelling issue (Installed Software) and navigation issue (redirecting to Resource View Page) are handled. The sorting in Installed Software and Installed Software Updates page is made descending by default and sorting based on numerals is handled. DREC05276: In user addition, Full name with special characters were failing. Special character comma is not supported as part of Full user name. DREC05281: SLA mapped rules werent displayed in the Quick Stats, SLA tab. SLA based Quick Stat's Query was not proper and this is resolved. DREC05282: Temporary tables are dropped which were unnecessarily consuming disk space. DREC05283: Custom query configuration was failing due to primary key violation across multiple tables. The primary key violation issue is resolved and now custom query configuration is successfully performed. DREC05290: Schedule reports will consider project wise SMTP setting to send email.
