DREC11054: Assetreconcilation procedure its taking 1 minute due to this Asset reconcilation page taking time to load. DREC08408: Asset management listing page was not displaying the assets because the grid was timing out. This issue has been handled. DREC08691: Defect fixed to support special characters while LDAP user sync. DREC10288: When the service field of a ticket is changed, the ticket moves back to the start state. During such operation, if any post-action is configured, the same was not getting triggered. DREC10250: When starting SapphireIMS service, war file deployment was taking more time to deploy. This was due to updating DB status in replication related table during service startup. Also this issue is due to that replication table was not having purging concept hence it is accumulated with huge data. Now we have introduced purging to resolve this issue. DREC09332: Email bases approval was displaying states that were deleted as well. This issue has been addressed. DREC09452: The new active alerts will not get resolved if the there are too many resolved alerts present and alarm purge interval is more. This was due to buffer issue which is currently handled. DREC10231: Setting of default project in ServiceDesk was not working as expected after the logging-out and logging in. This issue has been handled. DREC10175: While updating the email notification rules, we are removing the entries from the database and re-inserting the entries of the configuration. Here, the email routing entry was not getting inserted appropriately due to which email routing was not functioning as expected. This issue has been addressed. DREC10173: ReferenceID of incoming email addresses were being updated in the "sd_servicereqmaster" table after launching the post-action script. This is now modified to update the column entry before the script is launched so that we can use the column value in the post-action scripts. DREC10155: When the number of Systems associated with a particular KB article were more, navigating to get the system details was not happening due to large number of parameters being passed. This issue has been addressed. DREC09568: If both Email and SMS alert notifications are configured and if more number of SMS notifications are in the queue, then the email alert notifications which were due to be sent were not being considered. This issue has been handled. DREC10138: Sign-out was not happening as per the setting value provided and because of this incorrect sign-out time was getting reflected in the availability reports. This issue has been addressed. DREC09791: Software Installation issue in Enterprise setup is resolved DREC09827: Due to a MySQL query syntax error, the records in Node Operations -> Zombi nodes were not being displayed accurately. This issue is now addressed. DREC11158: In some scenarios, attachments made from Outlook client were not getting downloaded properly (using Exchange protocol). This has been modified. DREC11198: For agents, the ping data is collected based on the "Check-in Interval" (Settings->Agent Configuration->Add) but when the agent is not communicated then agent down status is updated based on the ping interval which is defined in the poll interval (Settings->Poll Interval->Node Level). This discrepancy is avoided by considering "Check-in Interval" in both places. DREC11224: The `Incident by Email` page was navigating to blank page because the condition checking the project access was not working as expected. This has been addressed. DREC11223: Login button was not responding on IE browser with version 8 and above due to some script errors. This issue has been addressed. DREC11246: The following special characters are now allowed in attachments: ! @ # $ % ^ & () _+ € £¬ @ - = ' ; DREC11259: Patch Deployment Status page was not showing any records as the grid was timing out. This issue has been handled. DREC11271: Additional drop-down field dependent on Service / Category / SubCategory / Impacted CI were not loading in New-UI. This issue has been addressed. DREC11313: Custom field validation on radio button additional fields were not working as expected. This has been handled. DREC11409: Ping poller scheduling issue resolved DREC11408: In ServiceDesk module, Cancel Record was not happening if the workflow access was not available for the user. This has been addressed because the user should be able to cancel even though access is not available for the workflow. DREC11431: While sending scheduled reports, users with empty email addresses were also getting added as recipients. This has been handled. If there are any delay or exception during execution of schedule reports, the next scheduled time was not getting updated. This has been addressed. DREC11480: After navigating to the Email Conversations tab and expanding individual email conversations, for the first time, the frame was not getting exapnded completely. This has been addressed by setting the right height. DREC10868: Request Summary and Click here for details are provided as macros so that they can be placed anywhere in the notification body as per user requirement. DREC11548: Additional field values was not getting populated based on the default query during ticket edit. This issue has been handled.
