DREC14534: As part of windows patch management, CAB file will get downloaded from internet to SapphireIMS server in periodic interval. During this operation, if CAB file is already in use, then this job is getting failed. This scenario is handled. DREC08721: AD and LDAP OU's having special characters while OU's listing in LDAP configuration and userimport are supported. More than 1000 AD and LDAP OU's are supported. DREC09360: Asset Import is not considering the "Allocate To" Life cycle field column in Template. Instead its fetching data from the "User Data" Column DREC09673: In `Info` email notification, the salutation `All` was hard-coded. This has been removed so that it can be configured as part of the template. DREC11028: While allocating roles to users in CMDB module, the browser screen was going to hang state if the number of users we more. This was because of the normal HTML multi-select control that we were using. This control has now been removed and we have introuced a searchable ExtJS multi-select box which will list the users and their names can be searched and alloated. DREC11132: In the Node Rule Engine listing page, the count for slave agent against each master agent was incorrect. This has been addressed. DREC11205: Summarization issue due to Apache server monitoring is resolved. DREC11214: This issue is fixed by considering unique URL for the same patch id to download. DREC11545: kb content size is made configurable setting key DREC11607: SLA Violated Incidents ->Advanced Search. Here the drop down values will be selected by default instead of 'All' , in SLA field. Customer need 'All' as default. This has been done. DREC12202: Offline reports are not visible to users and redirecting to the homepage . This issue has been handled. DREC12282: In MobileApp, 'Submit Button' was not working if Additional CC Mail Id field is populated. This issue has been addressed. DREC12367: Edit Ticket Issues in New UI are resolved DREC12513: After doing the project transfer, there is an option to change the state of the parent ticket. This was listing all the available states even if there was not workflow. This has been addressed. DREC12625: Issue in editing / modifying ServiceDesk additional fields due to null condition has been handled. DREC11618: In service desk->select project - SLAs are not appearing in UI. There is an issue where SLA's are wrongly getting violated,but to check that , SLA's are not visible in UI. DREC11634: Due to big hierarchy in the Organization Unit, All the location was not getting considered while calculating Compliance . This issue got resolve now. DREC11711: Installed software report was not showing any data even though data was available as the number of systems were more. This scenario has been handled. DREC11876: NewUI Issues are fixed DREC11882: Password was getting removed while updating other fields during agent uninstallation configuration. This issue has been handled. DREC13088: In certain scenarios, the values of a date type additional field are not handled for null condition because of which they are not displayed in the state change screen in the New-UI. This has been fixed. DREC13106: While editing the field permissions using the Additional fields configuration, sometimes the operation fails. This issue is fixed. DREC13114: For certain tickets the users not able to view ticket history details in New-UI. This has been handled. DREC13117: In New-UI, textbox additional fields were not being validated properly for empty content. It was prompting the user to enter value when 0 is entered but it accepts the value when 00 is entered. This has been fixed. DREC13187: In state change pop up page, Dependent Additional fields values were not being loaded when we used CATEGORY_MACRO. This has been handled. DREC13307: When a ticket is mapped with multiple SLAs and more than one SLA is violated, the users were unable to enter comment apart from the first SLA violation as the screen was not scrolling down to the SLAs below. DREC14499: In New-UI post-survey participation, the completion note 'Thank you for participating' is being displayed. Whereas in Old-UI, post-survey participation, the completion note was not present and the page is getting refreshed. Now, this note has been provided. DREC14501: Issue in loading of quick template on search in the MobileApp has been handled. DREC14505: Tabs are not visible during the Custom Dashboard Redirection.This issue is handled. DREC14561: During patch management, CAB file or patch files are not downloading from internet to application server, due to network restriction based on user agent. Now we are using the latest user agent version (11) and adding prerequisite document to allow this user agent. DREC14626: Ping based performance scheduling was not considering the nodes based on the Data collector system mapping. This issue is fixed to consider the ping scheduling based on the nodes mapped to the Data collectors.
